Dr. David Parks is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in the treatment of complex eye conditions. His eye care education included graduating with honors from the Washington University School of Medicine, and completing his ophthalmology residency at the Krieger Eye Institute. His abilities earned him a two-year fellowship at the National Eye Institute, where he received a government grant to study the ocular health complications of AIDS.
